Last Sunday - POC at Willow

Last Sunday the POC was run'n the BIG track at Willow Springs...

My LA buddy Thierry, who now lives in Florida, was back in LA for business ... so I took'm out... Actually, he drove us out in my car. Thierry is a great driver, with both a '73 2.7 hot rod AND a new WRX/sTi. The problem is he lives in CENTRAL FLORIDA... With NO hills and cops around EVERY tree...

So we drove out to the track the LONG way through the mountains and the back roads through the desert...... He was almost in tears, forgetting just how good the driving is back here in old SoCal .......

Chris's car looks just as impressive with the body work removed, its pure carbon fiber aero art.
The front has ducting behind the headlights that cools the oil radiator and creates down force; it has ducting to cool the CV joints.
It has many other very trick inner body panels that Chris bought the molds for when he purchased the car.
I could spend an afternoon just having Chris give me a full tour of his 993.

Yes he drives it very well, many are not aware Chris was a past SCCA champion.
He just took a few years off and now he's back in a fast way.
