At the 50th anniversary PCA parade in Hershey, Chuck Stoddard had a black 1967 S with houndstooth covers on the headrests of his sportseats. He took some shots for that; maybe it was original after all?

Scanning and posting already, eh? There's some great ads in those magazines. I really love those DETA battery ads w/ the guy in the bowler hat.

    Houndstooth

In the movie 'Downhill Racer' with Robert Redford, his European Girlfriend drives a Tangerine (I THINK it's a "T"), with sport seats, and houdstooth headrests. Very cool.

    Stacy,
Redford must be a old time Posche fan. His first wife, ( I believe), lives in the area. She has a 73T targa that her and Robert bought new in Cali. I did tranny work to it last fall.

Back in the 70's I lived in Westport, CT. and used to see Redford and Newman around town in their 911s...can't verify the houndstooth headrests though.
