2nd Annual New Years Eve Drive Update

It appears we have 16 cars for this 2nd Annual Event. The first starting point will be Crystal Cove, you can get there anytime you want, we will be leaving there at 8:50am on the 31st, heading to the Hyatt Newport, to meet up with another group. Leaving the Hyatt at 9:30am sharp, heading to Malibu for brunch at 11:00am. In speaking with Roger Grago today, he has a GREAT, 2 hour drive set up over and under Mulholland drive and Mountains, with many photo ops, arriving at the host resort, the Westlake Village Inn around 3:00pm. Relaxing and enjoying the resort until 5:30pm, Pre party in our room until 7:30pm, then over to the restaurant for the following New Years Feast.
1st Course: Lobster Bisque with Crabmeat
2nd Course Choice of: Pear Salad with Burrata wrapped with Prosciutto, or, Lobster Carpaccio with Oyster Roast and Caviar-Salmon Roe and White Fish Roe.
3rd Course Choice of: Seared Filet Mignon with Porto Wine Sauce, Or, Ossobuco-Braised Veal Chop served with Saffron Risotto, Or, Fresh Chilean Seabass Filet with Franciacorta Sparkling Wine, Almonds, and Red Grapes, Or, Lobster and Filet Mignon served with Saffron Risotto
Dessert: Choice of: Chocolate Mouse, Or, Zabaglione.
After dinner, back to our room to bring in the New Year.
Off to sleep right after New Years, get up at 7:00am, for the New Years Day Events and Drives. Any one who could not make it this year, hopefully you can join us next year, Happy New Years to All.
