WTT: Fog Lights w/ Horn Grills

I've got a set of factory US-spec foglights with proper chrome metal horn grills. The horn grills are in good condition. I've used them for 3 years and they look great on the car. Up close, however, there is some pitting of the chrome and some of you would want to rechrome them. The lights are complete and look great from the outside, but need to have the reflectors re-plated and don't have bulbs.

I'll trade this setup for a set of excellent condition H1 headlights.

    Hi Curt
Would the swop include the brackets and if so are they original or repro?

Forgot about those - original brackets included.

    Mike,
I wouldn't sweat the original versus repro brackets for the Horngrille foglights. I have a pair of repros and they fit well. It is just a piece of metal bent in a few places with two mounting holes in it. Nothing special and not visible unless you pull the grille out to look at it...
The pre-69 brackets, in comparison, are a bit more interesting and harder to find. I was fortunate to get a pair of repro's from Rick Cabell last year which are right on the money and powder coated. Thanks Rick.
Maybe I should go post another message on the lovefest thread devoted to Rick being a great guy!

I have the H1's but we are along way apart. Perhaps you want to wait for a possible trade nearer home.
