    Nology Wires

Anybody have any experience using Nology HotWires with Electromotive HPV-1 ignition? I was thinkin' along these lines but--they may be some EMI issues with HPV coils. Whatcha think?

You might do a search on pelican. If memory serves, it's been done, with happy owner results.

As far as aftermarket wires go, I find that there are none that compaire to Magnacore. Steve Weiner at Rennsport Systems has done many tests and has helped lead me to this conclusion. My only problem with them is their wires did not come in black when I installed mine.

    Hi Jim:

A few years ago, I helped a friend install Nology wires on his car and after we started the engine, his garage door opener began cycling all by itself.

Shut the motor off, and the door stopped going up & down.

Installed a different brand of wires and restarted the engine. The door opener stayed put.

There are good brands of wires out there, but I'll not install Nology wires on anything and personally, I put them in the same category as Slick 50 (great marketing).

    Just MHO, of course.
