Probably a decent car. Those guys are known for some of the best Mercedes restorations in the world. I think they do all Ralph Loran's work.

Alex Finigan of Paul Russell & Company is a straight-up guy and a very knowledgable Porsche enthusiast. Two years ago he drove his (mostly) self-restored 356 Speedster from coast to coast for the 50th anniversary event in Monterey. He was also very helpful to me when I had a time warp Signal Orange '71T for sale a few years ago. I'm curious as to why the car is not on their own website - http://paulrussell.com/

A Signal Orange RS....what could be better than that.

Why does this car not have the Carerra writing on the side?
    Was that an option?

It was a option for cars that were not white.

What about the chrome trim along the bottom? Some cars that I have seen have it, and others don't.

A matter of "choice" on a "Touring Car". Some leave it, some take it off.

I purchased my 73 S from Alex at Paul Russell's back in 2002. They do in fact restore and maintain Ralph Laurens collection. When I was there the variety of exotic collectable cars was amazing.
