    Regardless of the ownership it still needs to be saved.

    If a potential buyer is interested I have quarter panels, fenders and bumpers to put this car back as it should be. I might even have a 630xxxx engine available.

    Restore the chassis and transplant all of the ancillary bits from a nice donor 'T' and voila...you have a complete 'S' (albeit w/o 'S' motor).

    No need to restore the chassis...just find a nice T and change the numbers. You can look at it as a "chassis replacement", right?
