    What am I missing here? $599?? I've got a 71 parts catalog that looks the same. I bought it for $50 at Hershey a few years back.

    I bought my 71 parts manual for $50 a year and a half ago and I've seen them go for $250-300 lately. The 73 manual price has to be the RS factor unless they had an entirely seperate parts manual.

    Seems all the cool accessorie stuff is skyrocketing. Two years ago aluminum lids and H1s in very good to excellent (not NOS) shape were $500. Double that now it seems. I also think it's a result of people who don't go to shows, events or swaps and EBay is the easiest source for them. I should sell all my stock and stockpile Porsche bits for a year or two

    Got my '72-'73 for $50.00 from a friend in '91

    Mine doesn't look like that;
    Mine's in a black HETZEL German 4 ring binder ... with NO section dividers
    What'a pain in the butt... ... Thank God for post-its...

    Just sold two of those on ebay for 67-68. Didnt get anywhere near that much-but they were not that nice either. Almost makes me feel bad for getting gear oil on my 70 version last night.

    I'm assuming they have two versions of this publication for various years. One is punched for the typical parts catalog binder; the other is perfect bound like a regular shop manual. Is that correct for all the early years?

    I've seen the two-volume set for '69-70 that is bound. Anyone have a sense for the value of this versus the punched set? $50 or $900?

    If you want to sell it, and it is in the conditon the one just sold for, let me know, I will certainly pay more than $50
