    My 911R project

My project has been in the works since last August.
The 911 was taken apart, modified, and painted.
It is now in the final stages of reassembly.
I made up a small website and will add pics
until its done which I hope will be by the time Sebring
    rolls around March 17.

Nice little web site! It looks like it will be a neat project when it's complete. Are you doing anything special to the motor? It looks amazingly stock right now.

Nice! Where did you source the tube for the centerfill--or did you just roll a piece of sheet metal yourself?

    72 targa,
The motor is still the original 140hp 2.4. When I get the car back
I will drive it for a few weeks and determine which route to go.
3.2 or build up the 2.4.

    john,
You're correct. it is from Indiana, it was previously owned by Henry Riley.

    911sc,
the center 100mm fill tube and finned cap was sourced form GT Werk.
I have an 80mm receiver and oil cap coming in from Martin Baker.

    richard,
    i am keeping it lwb.

thanks for all your comments. i will add pics to the sight as it nears completion.

Nice Rico. I like the color insert in the engine grill area.

I finally received the 911 from the restorer this week...9 months of waiting!
I snapped a few pics. Will post more on my website next week.
Still a lot of of things need to be done until its "completed".
