    repro owners manuals??

Any one ever buy a repro owner's manual from Pelican eg:
    Porsche 911S Owner's Manual (1967), Each
    Brand: Genuine Porsche
    WKD-460-720-OEM

How close is it to the real thing?

Any info would be much appreciated!

I bought a repro from ebay years ago. It's a perfect reprint. And included a couple operating details.

I'm sure if you don't like the quality of the Pelican version you can return it and get your money back.

    Al,

Have you tried your local Porsche dealer ?
    Soon after I got my ' 71 S, I bought a RHD ' 71 owners manual, a ' 75 manual and a service book from my local dealer all for aus $80 - about us $60/65.
These reprints have a clear spiral binding whereas the originals have an ivory spiral.
Should not be any doubts over authenticity !

    Cheers,
    Dennis.
1970 914-6 - materialised from the 'Lotto' garage into reality
    1971 2.2 911 S - now back in the UK - sob!
1975 Carrera Targa (ROW) - missed.
One of us is fast becoming a valuable antique.
