New Book - Cars from Rennsport 04

It took two plus years, but it looks like the book detailing the historic race cars of Rennsport II is finally coming out this July. It’s not on the publishers web site yet, so here is a scan from the new David Bull Publishing catalog. 192 pages, 215 color studio photos, $149.95 (wow!). The catalog description says that Porsche has given the book an official Porsche parts number so I’m guessing there will be dealer distribution.

My ex Dick Barbour Roadster was invited into the studio for a shoot and it looks like it made the cover – third row down, second from the right edge (blue). Hopefully more inside.

Cool Mark. I was wondering as the cars were going in and out who was taking the photos, and where they were going to be published.

No way Dick Barbour fit in that car.

That will be a must have book! Judging by the price, they KNOW it!!

I took a pic of the "studio" setup where the photos were taken.
