    I am guessing most of the guys on this board already know 69S heads are like hens teeth to find since they were only used on the 69 2.0S, and were a one year only made part. Therfore, they tend to be more expensive than any other early S head when they do come up.
    Something to consider though. Valve sizes were the same for all 1969 2.0 liter models(T,E,S). The only difference were the port sizes. You might find it cheaper to pick up a set of readily available T or E heads and have the ports machined to 36/35. While you are at it, you can get them bench flowed too for a little more pretty polly and some extra hp.
