    FS: NOS Early Rear Fog Light

    True NOS Early Rear Fog Light. Correct flush style lense, 18 Watt, No bulb.


    Not to be confused with the new fog lights which are 21 Watt and have a different case/ lense style and use a diferent style bulb.

    My European delivered 70S came with front fogs. Would that also imply that it would have a rear fog too?

    That's a nice looking part Michael has. These were required by some countries. No expert on which ones though.

    I've got others I've gathered over the last two years. I've documented 5 different production changes in these rear fog lights. I'm going to publish a thread for all the light geeks out there. It's interesting to me that even on a part as simple as this, the Germans were re-evaluating and updating.

    I've got one other NOS that came in the box set you see in the background. Sorry, not for sale. Going on my car.

    Well here in Europe for all cars it has too have a fog light in order for it too pass ITV or TUV inspection, for engilsh cars its on the right hand side.
    So i would guess that all ROW cars left with them.

    They were still optional at the time and not standard fitment.
