Are you looking for a core engine, or a turn key and go? Wouldn't shipping to Spain be $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Shipping to the EU isn't that bad. I shipped a whole motorcycle to Germany by air freight for $1500-ish, inlcuding drop off service from the airport to my buddy's house. A motor would be less. Considering the value of an Ess mill, it's not prohibitive.

    ONE WARNING:

Remove all traces of fuel and oil so you can't smell it and get the outside of the engine 100% oil free. The motor should be clean enough to eat off of. There can't be any traces or you will end up with a fat FAA fine like I did, plus the incovenience of having to deal with FAA inspectors and attorneys. IT SUCKED. Live and learn.

At that price, it will stay that way. 6 grand for a core longblock?!? MSRoadrace has a lot of nice stuff, but I have said this before: his prices are for the desperate. I've heard he is a nice guy, but I won't buy anything from him (until I am desperate ).
