    Hello Everyone,

    I'm writing you from Switzerland where I'm restoring a 2.2S from 1971, slate gray (Another Steve McQueen want to be!). Restoration started in December 2004 and is now almost there:






    The car has not run since 1985 where it was dismantled and kept dried. It's got a sunroof, two mirrors, tinted windows, and Recaro houndstooth seats which are hard to find in Europe.

    That is a fantastic color on one my favorite early cars! Be sure to post photos of the finished car. Hard to beat that combination of color, model, sunroof and houndstooth seats. I hope you will consider joining the club and registering your car.

    Great to see another 2.2S true believer !
    When it is finished,drive it as much and as well as you can and the wait and cost of the restoration will soon be forgotten !
