    65' 911 Jungle Car

OK here's the Story !..... Today My BackHoe operator , who is working on my new driveway see's my 73' coupe in the Garage and says " I got one of those @ home in my yard , i think it's a 65' " .... so after work i gotta give him a ride back to his place because he left his tractor @ the job . I ask him to see the 911 .....and sure enough there she is ...... I whipped out the "Razor" and snapped a couple pix for you Early early guyz .
I don't know much about the Short Wheel Base cars but The door came off in my hands when i tried to peek inside , is that the way it was pre69' ?? , the interior is there(including wood wheel, gauges, seats ) and the motor&trans(webers) are there ...the car does have some rust ...... !? .
The car is in the Rain Forest on Maui , where it has not moved in Ten years .

Good god man, what a find. I think most of that should buff right out and you will be good to go. Did you happen to ask the Ho operator what his plan was for the car? I mean, was it a ritualistic sacrifice of some sort?

Must be a '68; the window frames look too perfect than to be anything other aluminum. I bet the shift knob is still in there, too. Considering the climate, the dash is probably perfect, too.
