    this is a 1976 911 sportomatic 2687cc 165HP

    not a 2.7Rs block

    It is a 7R case, though. If it's from one of the later cars ('74-'77) it's likely sufferred from heat and potential stud issues. However, nobody would rebuild one without addressing these issues.
    My question is: Why do you want to buy it from Germany? There are plenty of these floating around. Pick up a rock and throw it.
