    911 R on Starkey's site......

$300K for a fairly complete project 911R..........seems like a fair deal?

These cars are a bargain compared to some of the stuff going through Barret-Jackson.

    Hi Aaron,

I am wondering if R cases have "vins" as well, this case doesn't.

I also would like to know the engineserialnumber on this case. Does it start w/ a 5 or 4 ..

It seems like it would take another 100K or so to put it together........and yes I agree 500K+ would be the number for a nice one.

In my opinion........the R would bring as much as an RSR 2.8 or maybe a little more?

Than apparently R cases don't have "vins" and is this one of the differences between a R and 906 case (yes the other is an original 906 case/ engine).

Exactly.......so the R seems like a decent deal because Rs, factory STs and '73 RSRs are all similar money right???......very desirable and rare cars.
