    Ethanol enhanced fuel question

The SW portion of VA is going to a 10% enthanol blend of fuel in the next week or so. Does anyone have knowledge of possible effects on older 911's? I have a couple of cars with MFI, but I most concerned with a 3.0 CIS injected early car.
    Any thoughts on this?

Everything I've read is that 10% ethanol has no issues; we've had it in WA for years. It's the E85 that will most likely never run on MFI. I think the lubricity of fuel is the key to MFI pumps living a long life; ethanol doesn't offer much in that department.

So, maybe add a little "Marvel Mystery Oil" to get the lube back???

Orygun has been using EtOH fuels in the winter for years. Expect lower gas milage (5-10%) and think about an additive like Stabil to help keep the crud the EtOH attarcts in suspensiopna nd out of your tank. .
