67 s numbers ?

Is it an S ? and an S motor ?

I tried looking in my 911 catalog but could not figure it out

must be Monday morning....

It is a 1967 Normal motor. Unless there is an 'S at the end of the VIN, it is a 1967 Normal chassis as well.

or S on the aluminum ID plate ?

if its a 67 normal motor , probably a normal car....be sitting 20 years plus

I believe it would be stamped on both. All of the numbers are 1967.

I think it's a build late 66, like the end of the fall.

If it helps my car is chassis number 305457S with engine number 960138 which is an S with matching numbers and the car was built in August 1966.

My Chassis number has the S on the VIN stamp on the car but not on the aluminium plate which I believe is not unusual. Can anyone confirm this?
