Thread: 001 and 005 MFI pumps - which is more correct for an early '69S?

    MFI pumps for 2.0 S

    Hello: Well, thanks for the kind words guys. In the last couple of years I figured out that if we share info then we are all better off. I used to keep things secret so others would not find out the secrets to my engines etc. Now what the heck, if I learn something from someone else than thats good and if I can pass some info on then it will help others as well. I also like to build the cars up and run them at the track. Back to the question at hand. The 1969 S case that came with the original 005 pump is 1085 last 4 numbers. Hope this helps. Thanks Eric

    Kenik: The numbers are 1005 off of each other. Yours is 0080 and mine 1085 correct? Thanks Eric

    Question

    This topic helped me identify what application an 001 pump I have was used for. I also have two pumps #0408126010, can anyone tell me what application/applications these were used for? Thank you.
