    Getting Them Started Early

Speaking of role models... I'm working on getting my grandson Jack started with the right cars.

What great shots. They are so cute. Both those kids are going to love the shots when they grow up.

I think we should have a caption contest for J Audettes' shot. I'll start.

"Oh, so you think your silver car is lightweight. Buddy you have no idea what lightweight is. Drive this bad boy and see what tossable is really like!"

I've always considered the glass to be half full...that is until I reached middle age and realized that it is actually half empty.

I love it, you guys. I took my 2 1/2 yr old grandson for his first ride in my 72 911 the other day. Just a short ride, but I swear he said "oh, man!" when I reved the motor. Makes it all worthwhile.

    Tom's first Christmas 1992...

    Another great thread John ,

Here's one of Tom aged four and a half months with Dad on Christmas morning. Actually Mum did the starting early thing....I was only about 4 months pregnant with their first grandchild when she bought this Gruppe B! Ah the disease runs through generations in our family !

    Cheers,

    Lisa

    Thumbs up

My four year old son told me the other night "daddy, if you give me your Porsche some day, I will still let you drive it". It is hard to argue with that. I thought about it but still haven't come up with a good come-back. With that kind of logic at four, he is going to be trouble in a few years. I plan on keeping up with my end of the bargain.
