    Cool Mark Donohue steering wheel

My new friend Dan gave me this wheel the other day that he took off of a '68 911 many years ago and it'd been decorating his wall ever since. I'll make it up to him with something equally period and cool.

I have NEVER seen a wheel like that, and with that bolt configuration...

    Very cool ...

Very nice look on that wheel Milou. A big wheel at 400mm, but very, very nice. $600 seems like a fair price.

Thanks Paul, mine is 340mm or so which makes it a good driver's wheel. It might well make it into my '68 Ltwt after I restore it. I'll use a period extended hub to bring it closer too.

Chuck, that bolt pattern is unusual for sure. The hub adapter is an obscure piece but uses the standard symetrical Nardi/Racemark 75mm bolt circle. The center front is a cast piece that captures the spokes and is bolted to the hub. It only hits two of the hub's threaded holes with the rest drilled and through-bolted using locking nuts; their wheel design adapted to an available hub. Here it is as our dining room centerpiece. After I restore it
