Leon, If you are talking about the latch to open the door or a similar material, they all seem to suffer from fading to dull grey. I used a light coating of vasaline and wiped it back off completely. Did the same with the black ring around the ignition switch too. Try a small test first.

I tried that and it worked ok. I even left the vaseline on overnight before wiping it off. The white film eventually came back. Luckily, my brother in law borrowed the car once and broke the handle so I replaced it with new. I haven't found anything else that works after trying a million things. Maybe someone else found something that works well.

Black leather dye worked well for me.
Dyed them about 2 years ago still look quite good. Not concours new but that is hard to achieve.

Thanks guys. Great suggestions. I'll try one this weekend. Although, if I continually improve my car cosmetically I may have to buy new handles eventually.
Leon
Leon, If those handles look that bad then I suggest you sell the car to me and recover your loss. This is a burden that I will somehow learn to deal with. ;-)How about some pics of this beauty?

Hi Rick, I put the door pockets in. WOW! what a difference. I am a satisfied customer. Thanks! I have several trim pieces ordered and I found a used air cleaner set-up (looks new). Give me some time to really clean her up, then I'll take some shots. Talk soon.........Leon
Nothing like a set of fresh pockets ;-)
Thanks Rick for the front ones..
