Cibie driving lights - which bulbs?

WTF. I can't find reference to which bulbs to buy for my Cibies! Someone please give me the stupidly easy answer (H1 or H3)?

    K,

Take a look at the bulb socket. The H3 and H1 bulbs have a different flange shape. The H3 has a semicircular cutout on one side and a rectangular cutout on the opposite side of the bulb flange. These fit into matching dimples in the H3 socket face.

The H1 sockets, off the top of my head, have two offset circle cutouts in the socket face with the H1 bulb flange having matching dimples that fit into the holes of the socket.

Best I can do with no experience of Cibies or Marchals.

Sorry, I'm in NY, so I can't just run over and check...plus, for some reason I can't remember (ok, I can't remember because I'm old...).

Problem solved; they were fitted from the factory with 55W H1 bulbs.
