    Dropped in again today to Marlborough House st James and the London to Brighton vintage concours in Marlborough road.

    Nice event enjoyed the days I went. RS …….. 388 was sold apparently. Had a chat with seller before the sale — wished seller best of luck.

    For folks not familiar with St James area Marlborough road is overlooked by the balcony of St Jame’s Palace where King Edward abdicated due to relationship with Wallace Simpson. Paving way for his brother then in turn the late Queen Elizabeth II a to succeed his brother.. Rest is history

    it was a factory car (sales department) registered LB-DX 72

    it was the pace car at the 1973 Le Mans
