Thanks Hugh, it's not for sale It's listed on my mebsite "fahr-werk.ch" but it's one of the 3 or 4 cars that are not currently for sale. The RS one of my favorites, as is my white and totally different character '66 911 Coupe. I do sell few cars per year but mostly to be able to keep my dealer plates. I collect, restore and sell classic Porsche and Ferrari, but it's more passion than business. I realize that I need an English translation for my website, otherwise it's hard for you guys to guess what's written there. Sorry, hope to have the time to do it soon.

Great RS Mike, I just would replace that new thin silver cardboard fusepanel cover with an original patina-ed cover and with proper clip
I might have one specially kept for a RS...

    Cheers,

    Cees

    Thanks guys

And thanks Cees, good eyes! You're spot on, I have to replace it! Obviously, I didn't think much when I took a new one from the shelf after the RS was freshly painted in its original Gulf blue. I prefer parts with patina too.

    Cheers,
    Mike

    Very nice car, Mike!

The dark green 930 3.0 seems to be nice also.

I am glad, for you, that it is not for sale. It does look like a great car. I hope it gets some good exercise on those great roads around you

    Dealer Description:

This magnificient example chassis 1354 has originally been built as a Touring in 1973 and had two owners in Germany until it was sold in 1989 to a very well known collector in Belgium. Being extremely demanding on the quality of his cars he brought the Carrera RS to Ruf Automobiles in 1990 to receive a nut and bolt restoration which lasted two years. During the process the car was modified into Lightweight specifications. The restoration file shows how deep was the work carried on and only a handful of 911s received a premium quality restoration as to this one. 1354 only ran 7000km since and is in immaculate condition, 20 years on it is a real tribute to the work performed at RUF. The car was slightly upgraded on the suspension and engine, this is the very best driving 2,7RS we ever drove. This is a real opportunity to acquire a RUF restored and enhanced Carrera RS with all the surrounding driving pleasure and top quality to expect from them.
