a bump-ín (a small bump in Ireland ) for the meet tomorrow ...

this is the second time i go for a ride this year, and both are being overshadowed (excuse the pun) by threats of rain .... some defections already but a hardcore turnout remains optimistic ... and will show up ...

so perhaps it is my irish heritage following me around with a raincloud?

If anyone is interested, and the weather is not offputting,
9am is meet and greet (exit 5 of Palisades Parkway in NJ)
10am is departure (up palisades and Rt9W to Rt299)
12pm roughly is brauhaus (Rt44/55 & Rt299, outside New Paltz NY, near Mohonk mountain)

    Had fun

    Karl,

I was great to meet you as well.

Judy keeps pushing me to organize an event here at our farm...we are sort of between exits 2 and 5 (if you can imagine that) of the palisades parkway. Pretty easy for anyone in most of NJ, NYC, rockland, westchester, even much of CT.

Once we see what the weather will do this summer, we will pick a date, I'm thinking early July, about a month, maybe 6 weeks from now.

We can easily hold 20 cars at our place, more if we use the cul-de-sac and our friendly neighbor's driveway...fire up the barbeque, and spend the afternoon with a bunch of cool folks.

we'll have to pick a date soon.
