    Mille Miglia just came back from Brescia!!

    Mille Miglia Start 11.05 Brecia – the best I have seen! check my photos at (www.elferclassics.ch)

    Just back from a short trip to sunny northern Italy for the start of the famous Mille Miglia race (www.millemiglia.org) and have seen 375 fantastic, super cars. Incredibly how the crowd is supporting this event! The whole town of Brescia was at the start! All shops decorated!

    Look at the police on the motorcycles waiting to help the drivers, not to stop them! They follow them at full speed and with lights on!

    Every car enthusiast should see this once in his life time. I had only time to see the start but next year I will go for the full weekend.

    Take a glass of wine or beer and watch the photos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I managed to make it out as well. Unfortunately I left my place late on Thursday and then got caught in traffic north of Milan, so I didn't get there until after sunset... So I didn't get any great pictures under the warm sun, but I did get some nice action shots. I'll let you guys know once I get them hosted.
