    1973 Manuals: Drivers vs Owners

Here's a question for the experts: I see both grey 1973 "drivers" manuals and orangeish-brown 1973 "owner's" manuals.

Here are links to current eBay auctions:

My 1973 E parts car came with the grey one. My 1973 S didn't have one when I bought it. Is there a method to which manual came with which car? Cars didn't come with both, did they?

    TIA
