Missing plug in engine plastic cover?

In the back right side of the engine there is a grey plastic cover with a grey plastic plug in it, but there are two holes in the plastic cover. Is there supposed to be a plug in the second hole as well? Please see the picture

    Oil cooler air funnel.

Hello: There should be no plugs in there at all. I think they were added so you can look in there for leaves, rats and pine nuts. The original air channel cannot be removed without taking the whole shroud off. On the later cars they made it removable so you can check the oil cooler for stuff and also it makes it easier to change the oil cooler seals. I would plug it since it will allow air to escape instead of going through the oil cooler. Thanks Eric
