    1972 PORSCHE 911S Targa

    1972 PORSCHE 911, 911S Targa - Superb, like new, original 911S car without modifications. 1972 was the only year with the oil tank filler on the right rear fender. This is the best 911S we have ever restored. The complete restoration on this very solid car included a magnificent paint job, restored targa top, original interior with new front seats, carpet and correct door pockets. All mechanical parts have been restored, replated or bought new. Fully detailed suspension and underside of car. Uprated oil cooler in front fender. A blast to drive with the brandnew, rebuilt 2.4 S engine with mechanical fuel injection. No oil leaks, great sound and a lot of power. Only 950 Targa 911S cars were built in 1972. This car is an "A" investment and its "5" star rating is going up in value a healthy 20% per year. As per Sports Car Market Pocket Price Guide. There are just a few cars with that kind of rating.
