Looks pretty darn nice with an over-the-top restoration. No affiliation.

Why in the world would a car that only saw three years in the sunlight need a COMPLETE resto, including bare metal respray and engine/MFI rebuild? Something, again, seems rotten in Denmark. There car is probably every bit as nice as advertised, but some things don't add up.

Appears to be a Sportomatic. See the "tank" at the firewall? Better yet, have a lookie at the "box". That aint' no 901 5 speed!

I agree John. Very nicely done.

A ton of $$$ spent on this so it begs the question, why would he sell it so quickly after going through all this? This is the kind of project that was done on the wrong model (2.2 Sporto E) to recoup all the restoration investment.

    Over Restored

Not only did he spend a lot of money, he did it unnecessarily. Half of the parts he zinc dychromated never came that way from the factory. Kind of looks clean and neat with a splash of color, but not correct by any means. Also, they look more yellow-plated than actual zinc-plated, thus, the wrong color.
