    Angry FRAUD ALERT -re my sold 9+11x15s

    Gents,
    I just recieved an email from Howard Lazarus, whom I know from his time in NCal. Unknown to me Howard bid on my eBay auction for the restored Fuchs 9+11x15s with tires. Some human slime sent him a "2nd Chance Offer" to buy them at his bid price.

    Howard suspected it was fraudlent. I advised him to contact eBay Security. In my experience they are reluctant to do very much. I attempted to contact all the people who bit on the wheels and eBay will NOT premit my messages as they could be my attempts to sell outside of eBay. So I posting to anyone on this list who bid. I will post on the other lists that I am aware of also.

    To clarify: I am John Rice and I have a genuine buyer who purchased another expensive RSR item from me last year. I am confident the sale will be completed and I have no other mint condition 9+11x15s that I will be selling.

    I've got those second chance emails too. They are frauds. They will be sent to you email with an ebay background and look authentic. Always contact the original seller before entertaining second chances. I turned this in to ebay and they said it was a problem and they are investigating. But I don't think they can control the fraud.
