I received my C.O.A. today, Now looking for my motor etc.

I recieved my certificate of authenticity today. I'm restoring my 72S # 911230023. I found out it came with the sport seats in leather, rectangular front fog lights and the locking diff. I have a 915 with the locking diff and I have a 2.4S motor being built right now but not #'s matching. Any body out there have a 2.4S motor # 6320034 and tranny # 320783? This car was owned by someone one in this club at one time. I'll now be looking for sport seats and rectangular fog lights which are very cool and very expensive for both. Thanks, -Scott

I might have the lights. Came off a 1970 911T. Let me know if you're interested.

Yes if the lights are the same I would be interested. Do you have everything complete for them?

2003 Registry records state the car was out of Atlanta Georgia. 6320034 engine was listed with the car. What became of it? Car should also have an aluminum decklid and license panel.

    Good hunting.

Aluminium decklid - that's very cool. A couple were on sale on the Typ901 Register recently.

Thanks, For the info. The car was originally purchased in Texas by famed astronaut Walter Cunningham. Looks like it then went to California then Atlanta then Florida and now to me in San Diego. The previous owner I work with turned it into a RS replica so I'm restoring it back to original. How do I get that info you have on it from the registry? Don't tell me it had a Aluminum deck lid that sounds really expensive. But very cool! All my C.O.A. says on it under optional equipment is Locking diff, Sport Seats left and right leather and rectangular front fog lights. Car is silver metallic/8080 . -Scott

Sounds like the RS conversion was financed with the good parts.

    The seats
    Engine/MFI setup+pump
    The decklid.

    I'll PM the other infomation.

I'm already a member Chuck. I sent in my money 2 months ago. Still waiting for my sticker and mag! Plus I got a hold of the guy who sold it to the friend that I bought it from today. Thanks to sithot. I talked to him today and he regrets taking the S parts off of the car but still has the info where all the parts went. The hunt is on!
