How much is this 73'E coupe worth?

I came across w/this 73'E coupe; I would like to get your opinions about what is this car worth, so that I can give a reasonable offer.
Here are the specs. Non sunroof, Non sports seats, A/C equipped, Original radio, and original silver w/original paint except one side of the body was over sprayed due to key scratched damage many years ago and the paint blend well. Overall paint condition is 7-8 out of 10 (10 as new),No collision, no rust ,engine and trunk room paint look like the original and very clean, panels fit excellent, the black interior looks like all original and very clean .6Jx15 fuchs,3 owners, originally delivered in Chicago.
The car has 30000 documented miles, however at 4000miles engine was swapped to the correct E engine by Porsche due to some problem which was documented. Therefore engine has 26000 miles. No oil leak,No smoke. The car drives great. The car has most of the maintenance records, and well cared. Hood crest look like non original. But overall .this car looks very original.
    Thank you very much.

Hi Ryo. Car looks generally nice. One thing though, your signature block states that you are in Hawaii, and based upon the Palm trees in the backround, I am guessing that thye car is in Hawaii too.
So with all of that beautiful tropical weather you have year round, WHY THE HELL WOULDN'T YOU BUY A TARGA IF YOU MUST HAVE AN EARLY 911 SO YOU CAN ENJOY THOSE BREEZY ISLAND EVENINGS AND SUNNY SUNDAY MORNING DRIVES ALONG THE WATER ?????

    HI Gruen911
I used to own a 82' sc targa. and I didnt drive w/ top off much.Because we have many showers thruout the day which come all of sudden from nowhere. So I had to put top off and on so many time, eventually I kept it on most of the time. And also I like roofline of the coupe,it flows elegantly. Thanks

    Ryo,
What does the owner think its worth? I'm thinking $25-30K + given the low miles & condition of photos. Why was the engine replaced at 4000 miles?
Looks like you found yourself a good one, buy it & drive it !!
