    Peter,
    The guy states that he is looking for local "pick-up" which sounds like he is not willing to even ship within Germany.
    Anyway, the Price on these is already at US$250 with over 5 days left to go. I am betting these things see at least Euro$350.00 (US$450), then you need to add onto that the cost of having the rings rechromed, and the pods resprayed your chosen color - then you might have to add in a flight to Hoexter, Germany to pick them up.
    I live in Germany and I don't even know where that is, but I am betting it's in cow country...

    Peter;
    if the seller has checked local pickup only it may have been an oversight on his part. it may behoove prospective bidders to follow up by asking if the seller will ship. online translation is available through 'babelfish', or i'm sure someone here can translate for you.
    not me
    cheers
