    S to E, Webers

I guess this is someone on a 'budget'! Original engine got toasted - so that most likely destroyed the MFI ... with complete S engines & even S engine parts (I'm sure you've seen the prices crankcases are being snapped up for!) pulling big $$$ - my guess is that an E 'downgrade' was an economic as well as an availability decision.

Certainly NOT the path most of us would have taken but ......

If the auction prices doesn't go nuts & you are prepared to hunt down an S engine, it could still be worthwhile if the rest of the car stacks up.

My 911c worth (which incidently is only worth US555c )

MM rebuild or not, if that case is numbers matching, I'd still buy the car given the current price then rebuild the sucker right.

Motor Meister may be the devil, but it still looks like a deal.

The answers in the questions section says a T engine in it and the original being available with two holes in it.

    If anyone wants the car I have a 73 S case 6331957.
