    Talking Early Tach

I have the tach from my 69 E. It was replaced by the PO when he transplanted the 3.0. I'm not sure if the redline is the same as for '72 though. Let me check the guage and see where the line is. PM if interested.

Please be aware that the tach for the 1970 and earlier is different electrically than the 1972 tach. I believe there was an additional module required for the earlier tach. Gary

Thanks Gary for the update! Now that I know that they are slightly different, I will aim for a 71'-73' 911E tach. Joe, as Gary mentioned, the module is a bit different, so really looking for the correct tach.

Gary, do you think the 71'-73' 911E tach are the same?

    Best,
    Erick

According to the PET, they are. PN is 911 641 302 01. The part number is up at the top of the tach on the inside of the bezel. Gary
