    Euro Decals and Plates Wanted

I am wanting to get these details sorted out on my resto.

I would like to purchase a Euro 2.2 fan shroud strap decal. I show a North American on for reference. I will sell the NA one when I aquire the one I need.

I would also like to purchase the proper plates for a Euro car. The ones I show are from a north American car and I am not sure if the ones for a Euro car ar different as mine were missing when I purchased it many moons ago.

The top pic are the ones that I want

The bottom pic is the NA decal have to sell.

    Thanks in advance.

    Bob

I bought my Euro decals at "http://stores.ebay.de/tmfa-shop". This is the only place that I have found the 1973 Euro decal for the top of the fan shroud.

Thanks guys, I will chase these leads.

It does appear that even the new Euro ones have difference graphics and text. I will even see if I can locate someone to replicate the one I have exactly.

    As for the plates...
The new paint plates that are available seem to be a different size and I have not determined if there is an equivalent Euro plate the US Federal standards one.

You might want to check http://www.skaraborgsflyg.com/. You will find reproductions of all Porsche decals ever produced for the older cars there. The quality is very good.

The Early 911S Registry have been talking to Ake about selling his decals through the club.

I have not yet had any of his products in hand to check the quality. However, like Lars, what I have heard is the quality is very good...

I'll be talking to Ake again soon...

    Cheers,

    Hi Phil,

Could you send me a pic to poboxbob@hotmail.com?

I haven't found the exact one yet so maybe yours is the way to go.
