    Speedo Drive Tool

The speedo drive, off the transmission, on my 69 (901 transmission) has loosen up and needs to be tightened but a normal wrench won't fit. Looks like a 24MM. Crowsfoot is too fat because the hex is recessed...very little side clearance. Any advice as to what tool would work and where I can find it would be welcome.

Two ways you can do this, use a small flat chisel and catch one of the flats and tap it in the direction to tighten with a small hammer, doesn't have to be real tight, you're not going to butcher it, second method, support front of trans with a jack stand and remove the trans mount, much better access, can use box end wrench.
