    Distributor #'s

    Can anyone confirm the application of these distributors?

    0 231 184 001
    0 231 184 004

    No problem,....

    0 231 184 001 is a '74 2.7 unit
    0 231 184 004 is a '75 Carrera unit (likely with a emissions-type curve)

    FYI:
    0 231 184 003 is a '73 S one (5/73-on)
    0 231 184 002 is a '73 E one (5/73-on)


    There are lots of other variants but this should help.

    Steve, thanks as always. Is the 004 '75 Carrera unit the MFI application, or the US CIS?

    Thats the US CIS one. Remember, these can all be recurved for different N/A applications depending on cams and compression.
