    GAF '06 Saterday...

The RGruppe made it's usual strong showing on Saterday of GAF. By the time we had picked up all the cars at the agreed upon meeting points we had about 35 cars...from mild to wild. All the usual friends were there and good times were had for sure !! I took some pic's which I'll share here...but it's just the tip of the iceberg.

This first couple is of a spectacular RS Look just done up right.....the yellow was offset by the powdercoated brushed silver trim....very nice, this was a very, very clean car, 2.7L 911/83 motor was clean enough to eat off of....

Awesome pics. Great to have a place for all these photos to share. I wish I was there but had a pretty good weekend myself over here.

Another Carrera 6 in the for sale section. A fakey doo on a tube frame, not real nice to begin with. And a whole lot less nice after the owner's son got the job of tying it down for the trip to the show. The whole back flipped off once the old man got up to speed on the 405. Like, ooops, Dad.

And the definition of restored and unrestored.
