1968 911 SWB coupe 3.0 litre

I bought this car from Garth here on the board in Feb, it's been sitting doing absolutely nothing, I wanted to use it as a track car and I have driven it into the storage after changing the wheels from the black 7" all the way around to 6" front and 7" rear, they have the early finish on them, I thought that the 7's made the car look like a go kart.
I bought the car with no seats and have bought a pair of cheap rally buckets for it which are very much in period, I also have an autopower rollbar.

You can read Garth's original post, as he mentions TRE did over 15k's worth of work on the car, it's a torquey 3.0 on Webesr, hydraulic tensioners and SSi's.
Just would be best painted in the original tangerine color.

I have seen this car and it is a very nice car. TRE did a professional job. I would buy it in a heartbeat if I didn't have three SWBs and no room. Good luck with the sale Ian!

just for the record, Today this 911L is in Belgium! i took it to Le Mans Classic this summer and it's giving me enormous amounts of joy!

I plan to upgrade the suspension a bit more and maybe put a newer gearbox into it later, it's a great car, very fast!!!
