Anyone know what new or used minilties go for, thinking about a set of 15 x 6 1/2.
Thanks,
Phil

These are the real deal Holyfield. They still do small production runs of the magnesium wheels, although most of what they have nowadays is aluminum.

I recently found a used set of alloy 6.5x15 Sports for $1200, very good condition with 1975 date stamps and lugs. Used ones are out there, but they don't show up often, found mine on Pelican. Be wary of old magnesium wheels due to cracks and brittleness. I considered new ones before I found this set, price isn't too outrageous given the current exchange ($340 each), plus lots of finish options and the Minilite USA guys are way helpful.
For what its worth, I think the width looks great on early cars, slightly fuller than 6's with no worries about rubbing.

My rally budy has 2 sets. One set in mint condition but w/o lugs I bought recently for him for $750 and they had been on the market for a while. They show up so every now and then, $750-$1200 is about the range.I recently found a used set of alloy 6.5x15 Sports for $1200
If you search through the old threads you will see a poster who bought a set from an other member. The real magnesium one's for a very attractive price. He also writes how to spot magnesium minilites.

Thanks guys, $350 for new ones, seems like a lot for a cast aluminum wheel. I guess I be shopping for used ones.
