Or you can make them for $1 by bending and drilling aluminum bar from Home Depot.

The two on the outside are OEM. The inners are repops. The metal is a bit thicker and the bends are just a little off but they can be made to work.

It only takes these things to be off a hair to create a bind when you re-mount your grills.

The light hardware is shown in the last photo.

In all honesty you should be able to knock a set off easily if you have access to a break but it never hurts to support your vendors.

I bought a pair from Mike Swanson/AR Concepts that look exactly like the repros shown above, probably his work too. Great craftsmanship. $50 or so.

If you go the Home Depot route, make sure to tap the smaller holes (where the brackets mount to the battery boxes); that way only a bolt and lockwasher are required to secure it from the inside. You do not want to try and put a nut on the other side, there is zero room.

While we're on the subject, anyone have a driver's side chrome (69-72) horn grill I can cut up for my lights?

Is the nut welded to the bracket half? Also, I 've never seen the sleeve before. Is that correct? I don't recall seeing that on any setups or in the parts manual. Any pics with the lights installed with the sleeve? Curious how far out that puts the lights.
