    Restoration Design

I have been trying to order a few parts from RD for 2 weeks. There seems to be a problem with return phone calls OR maybe Vacation ?? Does anyone here have a alternative ( beside factory parts) ???

Curt, you missed my thread on this subject:

Seems to me like a very odd way of running a business, especially one that specialized. You'd think they'd be out to work with anyone who called promptly but apparently not.

You can buy their parts through Stoddards, they answer the phones.

Maybe I should stop by and pay them a 'courtesy call'. I was just in Eaton Rapids last week but didn't think to see if the lights were still on ...

I spoke with Bill there about 10 days ago. I have been waiting for a set of front pans for about the last 6 weeks. He keeps telling me next week. From my past conversations with Bill, Stoddards dose not sell his parts. Stoddard will not say where their pannels come from, which I find strange. I hate to see RD go because they made great parts out of quality steel.

Well we need some sort of explanation as to what's going on with them. Geez, why isn't a company that closely tied to varmits like us not at this forum? Surely we're a core group of buyers of their products. Sorry if I keep harping about this but as a small business owner it irks me to see a company behaving like this. Either their business ethic sucks badly or they're one foot thru the door of failure business-wise.
