    Help, how to get rear fold down seats out?

    This looks as simple as turning the large phillips screw...but that thing won't turn. Any tricks? thx....thx...

    It is that simple. If it won't turn, it is just seized up. Try to get some penetrant into the threads and use a big-a$$ phillips head screwdriver, so you can get some torque on it. Some people have found that an impact-type screwdriver does the job best of breaking it loose.
