How do you remove an SWB dash?

I have to remove my 1966 911's dash soon. It's not the four-bolt dash from the early cars, and it's not the LWB dash either that requires removing the windshield. I know it can be removed by removing a certain number of bolts and just pulling it out.

How many bolts or other fasteners?

    How are these accessed?

    Any tricks to the process?

Many thanks in advance to those who have BTDT.

68 is different and it has been a few years since I removed my dash. Here is an old pic and I think the numbers idicate the fastener locations. I do remember that you have to be careful around the Tach edge due to an L type bracket that grabs a lip. I kept pulling on mine when I should have released it from the grab. I thought it was industrial glue at the time and ended up cracking my dash in that area.
