I still have my 69 E coupe for sale, since I last offered it I have spent $3000 on new brake hoses, all new fuel hoses, had the tank boiled and POR15'd, brake check, suspension check and full awakening.
I've also had the underside painted in black.
This car I bought from the engineer owner who'd owned the car since 1982, it has the original pink style title document, I believe that there was only one previous owner. The guy I bought it from took it off of the road in 1988 and stripped it down to bare metal, repainting it himself he made a fantastic job, most people think it's just original and mint. The original color was Bahama Yellow and he repainted it completely with the fenders off, doors and lidsoff as well as bumpers. All of the rubbers have been replaced and I got the car from him and had to help him dig it out of his garage. I was amazed to see the great job he'd made of replacing the front suspension pan, the welds are just beautiful. it's not just tacked rather butt welded all the way around.
The interior is all original with the proper coir overmats, the headliner is very discolored, the dash has no cracks.
I have 4 deep sixes which go with it, the motor has just been serviced and has fabulous oil pressure, it does smoke a bit but the mechanic is pretty sure that that will go away as it is used, it's been sitting18 years.
If you refer to the "Red Book", it lists the car as a manual Porsche build, if you look at "The Original 911", it lists the car as a Sportomatic, it has no evidence of ever being a Sporto that I can see, there is no evidence of it having the Sportomatic badge on the trunk lid. It has the correct MFi setup and anti sway bars but my favorite option is the rear wiper.
I've also just fitted a full set of Euro signals and new H4's.
It has both front and rear 3 number 3 letter blue CA license plates, I do have the other overider and also the correct Durrant mirror. The chrome trim (anodized aluminum) is lovely, the panel gaps are perfect.
    Looking for 23.5k

I've always considered the glass to be half full...that is until I reached middle age and realized that it is actually half empty.

Here's how I found the car, it had been in this garage since 88.
That's the previous owner Frank, signing the title
